1. Transportation and lifting equipment

The transportation of hydraulic gates and other equipment is carried by heavy-duty trucks from the manufacturer to the construction site.

Installation site lifting equipment: The gate and sluice gate will be lifted by the purchaser using a crane.

2. The storage of the equipment shall be kept by the purchaser (if it cannot be installed on the day of arrival, it shall be used)

Storage of gate equipment: shall comply with the relevant provisions of DL/T5019-94. For the storage of slender components, there should be two or more multiple supports, and the support points should be evenly stressed.

Storage of gates and their embedded parts: Gates and their embedded parts are stored outdoors. To prevent moisture, rust, and sandstorms, rainproof cloth is used to cover them. To prevent equipment deformation, sleepers and other supports are used to level the structure below. The processing surface of the gate and its embedded parts should be properly protected to prevent collision or corrosion.

The working principle of the hydraulic flushing door is that when the branch river water is clean and meets the discharge requirements, or when the water volume is large on rainy days, it is monitored by online monitoring instruments (COD, ammonia nitrogen, etc.), SS， The liquid level gauge and other indicators meet the closing requirements. The gate is closed, and the branch river water flows into the main road. If one or several of them do not meet the requirements, the sewage gate is in the open state, and the sewage flows into the sewage pipe network. It enters the municipal sewage treatment plant for treatment and discharge after meeting the standards. Avoiding pollution of the main river water not only controls the source and reduces pollution, but also purifies the river water.
