A four-bar linkage mechanism with a hinge is installed on the valve body support and equipped with a driving hydraulic cylinder and a pre tensioning spring pressure device. The front end of the rotating arm that makes up the linkage mechanism is connected to the valve cover through a guide rod, a spring, and two sets of spherical mating pairs. A spherical hard sealing pair made of hard alloy overlay and a soft sealing pair made of silicone rubber ring are installed on the sealing joint between the valve cover and the valve body.
