The basic structure and working principle of the standard rotary garbage compressor HD series:
1. The core part of this technology is drum rotation compression storage. The drum and blades are both made of Japanese SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. When garbage is fed into the machine from the input port, the drum runs automatically, and the bag breaking mechanism is easy to break. At the same time, deodorizing liquid is sprayed. Under the action of the spiral blades, the garbage that is put in first is compressed and reduced in volume by the garbage that is put in later.
2. Frequency conversion can ensure smooth start-up of the drum, save electricity, and reduce noise. PLC can make machines run automatically according to pre programmed programs, which is commonly referred to as microcomputer control. It can also change the program and modify the operating parameters of the machine.
5. The shell of the machine is made of steel plate spray painted or spray painted, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, and is durable. The inlet and outlet are both made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance. The machine has a capacity ranging from 6 cubic meters to 14 cubic meters in various specifications, and the input method is divided into two types: lifting machine and manual input.
