1. When the steam turbine oil vacuum dehydration oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure difference, and large particles and impurities are filtered out. After heating, the oil enters two parallel water separators. Due to the use of enhanced hydrophilic and hydrophobic technology in the water separator, the interaction force between the oil-water interface is changed, causing the small O/W phases in the oil to break apart. The water droplets accelerate and coalesce into large droplets, which separate and precipitate from the oil in the water storage tank. The separated oil is filtered out of small impurities through a secondary filter before entering a personalized vacuum separator. It utilizes the principle of molecular separation technology to perform pressure swing analysis, vacuum retention, flash three-dimensional evaporation, and eliminate intermolecular binding forces on the oil, causing dissolved water, dissolved gases, and free gases in the oil to quickly break through the oil film and detach from the oil molecules, forming a mist first and then a film in the vacuum separator, expanding its contact area in vacuum by hundreds of times. The water in the oil is quickly vaporized under high heat, high vacuum degree, large surface, and high pumping speed conditions and discharged from the vacuum system.

2. The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters the cooler for further cooling. The condensed water enters the water storage tank and is discharged. After two rounds of condensation and dehumidification, the gas is discharged into the air by the vacuum pump. After vacuum vaporization and dehydration in the vacuum separator, the dry oil is pumped from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil outlet pump. After fine filtration, the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet, completing the entire oil purification process

Preparation and inspection before use

1. All components of the oil filter have undergone operation and adjustment tests before leaving the factory. When transported to the site of use, it is necessary to check whether each part is intact and undamaged.
   2. The oil filter should be placed steadily, and the inlet and outlet connections should be correct and firm.
   3. Connect the power and ground wire of the oil filter. The power head on the oil filter and the wiring of the oil pump motor should be checked to ensure correct and secure connections, as well as reliable insulation. (The two-color line is the neutral line)
   4. Start the oil pump motor and observe if it rotates clockwise (facing from the motor end), otherwise switch the phase of the power supply.
   When processing hydraulic oil and other mechanical oil in operation online, it is necessary to supplement the same grade of oil appropriately to ensure that the oil level in the equipment's working oil tank is normal.

1) The machine mainly adopts mechanical filtration method and gradually reduces the density of the filter screen to improve the filtration accuracy. It can be seen that during the operation of the equipment, the primary filtration is prone to be blocked by impurities, and the inlet oil volume is less than the outlet oil volume, resulting in a slower inlet oil speed.

2) Solution: Remove the upper cover of the primary filter, take out the filter screen, clean it with clean oil (kerosene or gasoline), and then restore the work.
3) To identify whether the secondary filter and fine filter element should be cleaned, attention should be paid to the pressure gauge on the filter. When the pressure gauge value of the filter reaches 0.3Mpa, stop the operation of the equipment and remove the screws on top, and take off the upper cover.
4) The filter element is a threaded interface that can be rotated to remove the filter element.
5) Clean with clean cleaning oil (or gasoline) of the same model, and use a soft bristled brush to scrub the surface of the filter element (the surface of the filter element can be peeled off for cleaning). After cleaning, it is recommended to use an air compressor to align with the threaded mouth of the filter element and blow air from the inside out (this will help clean the filter element cleaner).

6) After cleaning, restore all components and check if the screw connections are secure.
