Peltier gas cooling unit

The high-temperature and high humidity flue gas enters the electronic cooling unit through the pipeline, and the hot and humid gas undergoes rapid heat exchange through the Peltier cooler. The heat exchanged is blown out by the fan at the bottom of the heat sink, achieving continuous cooling and dehumidification.

When the flue gas changes from a hot state to a cold state, condensed water will precipitate and be collected in a water storage tank. To prevent dissolution reactions, the water storage tank is equipped with a liquid level detection switch. When the discharge requirements are met, the peristaltic pump will automatically start to discharge the condensed water.

An efficient Peltier cooler reduces the dew point of flue gas, dehumidifies and dries the flue gas, ensuring stable chemical properties of the tested flue gas. This is essential for the continuous and high-precision measurement of instruments.
