I. Overview
This series of centrifugal blowers is used to transport gases such as SO2 (sulfur dioxide), coal gas, and air. It has the characteristics of high pressure, low power consumption, low noise, easy use and maintenance, smooth operation, and reliable sealing.
This series of blowers has three structures: single intake cantilever, double intake, and double support, and adopts coupling transmission.
The casing is made of cast iron, which is conducive to vibration isolation and noise absorption. The casing is horizontally divided up and down along the axis for easy maintenance. There is a flushing hole at the top and a drainage hole at the bottom for easy cleaning of dirt inside the casing. The impeller is made of high-strength alloy steel plates welded together, and the rotor is calibrated for static and dynamic balance, ensuring smooth operation.
This series of blowers adopts rolling bearings and sliding bearings respectively. For using a rolling bearing blower, high-speed ordinary skeleton rubber oil seals are installed on both ends of the shaft neck. The bearing box contains lubricating oil and a cooler. The bearing box is covered with a breathable cover to facilitate the release of lubricating oil gas outside the box. For blowers using sliding bearings, the lubricating oil is forced to lubricate by the pressure of the lubrication station, and the lubricating oil is 32 or 46 oil. The lubrication system includes a main oil pump, an electric oil pump, an oil tank, an oil cooler, an oil filter, and a high-level oil tank. When the machine is shut down due to a power outage, the high-level oil tank can continue to maintain lubrication for a certain period of time to ensure the safe shutdown of the unit.
This series of blowers has reliable sealing. A labyrinth seal is installed at the inlet of the impeller, and an axial and radial combination labyrinth seal is installed outside the hub and behind the casing. A sealing strip is embedded in the labyrinth seal, and a pressure relief return air hole is opened on the hub. There is a seal on the back cover of the casing, as well as a return air hole and an oil cup.

3、 Performance of blower
The performance of the fan is obtained in the following states. This state refers to the intake temperature tj=20 ℃. Atmospheric pressure pj=760 mmHg, relative temperature φ=50%. When the fan operates in other states and the spindle speed changes, its performance needs to be calculated through ring calculation.
