Product Details
Product Introduction:The so-called plasma is the fourth state of matter after the solid, gas, and liquid states, composed of positive ions, negative ions, electrons, and neutral ions. Because the total number of positive and negative charges in the system is equal, it is called "plasma".
Plasma can be divided into two categories based on particle temperature: equilibrium state (electron temperature=ion temperature) and non-equilibrium state (electron temperature>ion temperature).
The electron temperature of non-equilibrium plasma can reach tens of thousands of degrees, and ions and neutral ions can be as low as room temperature, indicating that the apparent temperature of the system is still very low. Therefore, it is called "low-temperature plasma" and is generally generated by gas discharge.
Low temperature plasma technology is a new technology for waste gas treatment developed in recent years. The principle of low-temperature plasma treatment for waste gas is:
When the applied voltage reaches the discharge voltage of the gas, the gas is broken down, producing a mixture including electrons, various ions, atoms, and free radicals. Low temperature plasma degradation of pollutants is the process of utilizing high-energy electrons, free radicals, and other active particles to interact with pollutants in exhaust gas, causing pollutant molecules to decompose in a very short period of time, in order to achieve the goal of degrading pollutants.
The principle of low-temperature plasma technology for treating pollutants is: under the action of an external electric field, a large number of high-energy electrons generated by dielectric discharge bombard pollutant molecules, causing ionization, dissociation, and excitation, and then triggering a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, transforming complex large molecule pollutants into simple small molecule safe substances, or transforming toxic and harmful substances into non-toxic and harmless or low toxicity and low harm substances, thereby degrading and removing pollutants. Due to the average energy of electrons generated after ionization ranging from 1eV to 10eV, controlling the reaction conditions appropriately can achieve chemical reactions that are generally difficult to achieve or have a very slow rate, becoming very fast. The energy transfer process is as follows:
Electric field+high-energy electrons
Stimulated electron
High energy electron+molecular (or atomic) stimulated molecular activity genes
free radical
Active genes+molecular (or atomic) products+heat
Active genes+active gene products+heat
In the treatment of your company's printing waste gas in this project, in the low-temperature plasma generator of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), the benzene rings of these waste gas factors are first opened into fragments after being bombarded by high-energy electrons.
And the oxygen and water vapor in the exhaust undergo the following reactions under the action of high-energy electrons
O2 + e O? + O3 + O2-
H2O + e HO? + H
The fragmented particles dissociated from exhaust gas undergo complex chemical reactions with oxygen and O?+O3+O2-, degrading into CO2 and H2O.
Low temperature plasma technology belongs to dry treatment and does not require any adsorbents, catalysts, or other combustion supporting fuels. It only requires the use of 220V or 380V AC power, which is amplified by an oscillating boost device to obtain a high-frequency pulse electric field, generating high-energy electrons to bombard and decompose organic molecules and toxic gas molecules in the exhaust gas. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, simple operation, low operating costs, high governance efficiency, and advanced technology.
