Product Details
TODO-WIND B-SCANNER is a two-dimensional automatic scanner for wind turbine blades that uses vacuum suction cup suction method. Can be used in conjunction with phased array instruments to detect defects such as debonding, porosity, and inclusions in blades.
The vacuum suction cup can firmly attach the scanner to the surface of the blade, and complete grid format scanning through automatically controlled X-axis and Y-axis, generating A, B, C, and D scanning images. The specially designed probe loading arm can adapt to changes in the contour of the blade surface, ensuring good coupling between the probe and the blade surface.
