The cooling water enters from the bottom in a tangential direction, and the cooling water flows from bottom to top. The cooling sample water flows in opposite directions along the spiral tube from top to bottom, and the two undergo reverse heat exchange. Install a pressure water baffle inside the coil to ensure that the liquid level of the cooling water reaches below the flange of the inner tank. Compared with the cylindrical cooler with upper flange inlet and outlet water, this series of coolers has the advantages of light weight, easy disassembly and maintenance. The QYL-2010 high-efficiency cooler can withstand a high temperature difference between the sample water and the cooling water when used for primary cooling of high-temperature measuring points, and has a long service life. After cooling, the temperature of the sample water can generally be reduced to below 100 ℃.
