Product Introduction

The TZF silo wall vibrator series (also known as anti blocking device) is a new type of vibration arch breaking equipment directly installed at the bottom of the material silo. The machine is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure, and easy to use.

working principle

The TZF silo wall vibrator series utilizes the centrifugal effect generated by the high-speed rotation of a new vibration motor to produce high-frequency vibration, thereby eliminating the friction between the material and the silo wall and the relative stability between the materials in the silo, allowing the material to be smoothly discharged from the silo mouth.

Installation and commissioning, use and maintenance

a、 The silo wall vibrator is generally installed at 1/4 of the silo height along the lower part of the silo.
b、 If it is not a steel silo or a silo with reinforced ribs that are not easily vibrated, vibration plates should be laid inside the silo, and the silo wall vibrator should be welded to the vibration plate and fastened together on the vibration plate and the silo.
c、 Perform monthly maintenance on motor bearings and replenish lubricating grease; Regularly remove dust accumulation outside the casing to improve heat dissipation conditions, but do not rinse with water.
d、 Regularly check the insulation resistance, tighten the anchor bolts, and promptly eliminate potential hazards.
