Biological filtration deodorization equipment is a device that uses large surface area biological fillers attached by microorganisms to form biofilms on the surface of the biofilms in a suitable environment. The microorganisms in the biofilms use inorganic and organic substances in exhaust gas as carbon sources and energy sources to maintain their life activities by degrading odorous substances, and decomposing odorous substances into odorless substances such as water, carbon dioxide, water, minerals, etc., achieving the goal of purifying odorous gases.


The centrifugal fan humidifies the odor from the odor, while some odorous substances enter the liquid phase from the gas phase. By adding fillers in the pre washing tank, the contact area between air and water is increased, improving the washing and humidification effect. The biological filter is mainly composed of biological fillers, which provide a suitable environment and nutrition for the survival and growth of microorganisms. The humidified odor is absorbed and decomposed by microorganisms attached to the surface of the biological filler during contact with it, thus completing the deodorization process.
