1. Main combustion chamber and auxiliary combustion chamber
The main combustion chamber, also known as the cracking chamber, is where organic matter is broken down from long chains of large molecules into relatively small short chains, creating an oxygen deficient environment inside. In principle, it is understood to decompose solid organic matter into gaseous organic flue gas, thereby achieving the purpose of peeling off from the metal surface. Under normal circumstances, the characterization temperature ranges from room temperature to 250 ℃ for rapid temperature rise, from 250 ℃ to 380 ℃ for program controlled temperature rise, and from 380 ℃ to 420 ℃ for baking temperature rise. The secondary combustion chamber, also known as the oxidation chamber, and the organic flue gas are incinerated at high temperatures by small molecule short chains under the action of oxygen, creating a relatively oxygen rich environment. From the perspective of environmental protection, it means to oxidize the flue gas as close as possible to the final products of general combustion, namely carbon dioxide and water vapor. 2. Door
Isolate the external environment to ensure oxygen deficiency in the main combustion chamber, i.e. no air leakage, providing basic guarantee for the orderly operation of the main combustion chamber. The hard pressed seals around the door are vulnerable parts and should be replaced according to the frequency of use.
3. Explosion proof door
The gravity type explosion-proof door is located behind the main combustion chamber. In rare abnormal situations, the oxygen intake into the main combustion chamber will cause varying degrees of random, multi spatial cross-section, and small-scale gas explosions. The instantaneous accumulation of small expansion energy waves will change the instantaneous pressure inside the main combustion chamber. At this time, the explosion-proof door can release excessive pressure, and at the moment of pressure release, it will return to its original position due to gravity, ensuring equipment safety.
4. Chimney
Used for equipment exhaust, double-layer structure, outer stainless steel, inner aluminum silicate firing, ensuring the durability of this physical mechanism.
5. Small car
Used for loading items to be processed, the reinforced inner trolley can directly carry weight (2 tons) and temperature during use, without affecting customer use. Durable and long-lasting, the outer trolley adopts a universal wheel mobile trolley, which facilitates the device of the inner trolley to enter and exit and drag freely in the factory workshop. The car can accept personalized customization.
6. Power system
Water, electricity, and gas. The waterway system is used for temperature suppression of the temperature rise in the main combustion chamber program control section. It is designed with two channels, one for backup and one for use. The atomizing water nozzle and the combined point spray and extended spray are used. The front nozzle is exposed to high temperature and humidity for a long time and is a vulnerable part. It should be replaced according to the frequency of use. The electronic control system is equipped with a complete set of imported components, with standards not lower than those of Siemens, Schneider and other brands.
