Thermal spray deaerator

The boiler feed water has strict requirements, first of all, it needs to be softened or desalinated to prevent scaling inside the heating surface of the boiler. However, the water still contains oxygen and other gases. Oxygen is a major depolarizer, which can cause corrosion on the metal surface of boiler equipment and power system. This corrosion is often localized ulcer corrosion, which can cause metal wall perforation in serious cases, which not only greatly shortens the life of boiler equipment, but also affects the safety of boiler and power system. In order to ensure safe and economic operation of boilers, it is stipulated in the Water Quality Standard for Low Pressure Boilers (GB1576-85) that all boilers with rated evaporation capacity greater than 2T/H should be deoxidized. The thermal spray type deaerator designed by our factory can better meet the need of boiler feedwater deoxidization
