Preheat the combustion chamber and thermal storage bed before treating the exhaust gas in the furnace body; After preheating, connect the exhaust gas source to the equipment. Under the action of the supporting fan, the organic waste gas is first subjected to heat exchange through the preheated thermal storage ceramic body 1. The waste gas enters the heating zone after being heated once, and in the heating zone, the waste gas is heated for the second time. At this time, the temperature reaches 760-820 degrees Celsius. After high-temperature incineration, the waste gas is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, generating carbon dioxide and water, which are discharged and releasing heat energy; The processed clean gas is then stored in the heat storage ceramic body 2 and discharged by the fan. When the temperature is detected by the temperature measuring rod at the inlet of the exhaust fan and reaches the set temperature, the valve is switched to allow the waste gas to enter from the thermal storage ceramic body 2 and be discharged from the thermal storage ceramic body 1, and this cycle repeats.
