1Thin ceramic slag slurryValve Introduction

Thin ceramic slag discharge slurry valve is mainly suitable for regulating the flow and opening/closing of ash and slag in the dry ash system of thermal power plants, as well as for opening/closing dust media with wear and corrosion in mines, lime plants, cement plants, etc. This valve has the advantages of good sealing performance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, flexible opening and closing, less dust jamming and accumulation, and long service life.

1. The main body of the thin ceramic slag discharge slurry valve product is composed of cast steel, 304 stainless steel, and graphite sealing rings.

2. Applicable temperature ≤ 400 ℃.

The nominal pressure of the actuator is 0.4-0.6MPa, and the nominal pressure of the valve is 1.0MPa.

IIThin ceramic slag discharge slurry valvefeature

1. Sealing surface material: two types: structural ceramics or superhard surface alloy materials.

2. Suitable for gas solid mixed media such as coal slag and ash residue, the gate, valve seat, and flow channel are made of structural ceramic materials, which are wear-resistant and have a long service life.

3. Superior sealing performance and the ability to repair sealing surfaces.

4. The imported valve seat can be used as a scraper plate, which can close freely even in the event of dust falling.

5. The valve body cavity structure completely avoids the problems of jamming and dust accumulation.

6. Drive modes: manual, pneumatic, electric, etc.

In terms of craftsmanship, the gate valve compensates for the deviation of the sealing surface angle during the processing, and the gate valve plate is called an elastic gate plate.

IIIThin ceramic slag discharge slurry valveApplicable working conditions

This valve is suitable for the dry ash system of power plants, the discharge and transportation of warehouse pumps, and can also be used for opening and closing various types of worn dry dust, water, steam and other media on pipelines in mining, papermaking, chemical industry, etc. The nominal pressure is 1.0MPa, and the applicable temperature is ≤ 250 ℃.

This valve follows Armstrong valve technology and seals in all directions after closing. The valve body and cover are made of WCB cast steel and welded with seamless steel pipes. The sealing surface between the valve plate and the valve cover is made of thermally sprayed hard wear-resistant material, with a smooth surface. The filling material adopts carbon fiber packing or V-shaped sealing components.

This valve has good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, low starting load, less jamming and dust accumulation, and a long service life
