1. Multidimensional measurement: It can measure the total and hourly electricity consumption, including forward and reverse active power, four quadrant reactive power, etc. It can also measure the corresponding total and hourly demand, support peak, off peak, and valley hourly measurement, and can store electricity consumption and demand data for 12 settlement days, adapting to different periods of electricity billing needs.

2. Intelligent fee control: Supports local recharge of CPU cards and RF cards, as well as remote recharge and parameter settings. When there is arrears, the circuit breaker can be automatically turned off, and after renewal, it can be automatically closed. The cost control logic is completed inside the meter to ensure reliable control.

3. Comprehensive monitoring and recording: It can measure power grid parameters such as voltage, current, power, and power factor, and also monitor parameter violations. It can record abnormal electricity usage such as voltage loss, overvoltage, phase failure, and reverse phase sequence, as well as operation events such as resetting the meter, timing, and opening the meter cover, in accordance with the requirements of DL/T 645-2007 protocol.
