Working Principle:
The working principle of a direct coupled high-pressure centrifugal fan is based on the action of centrifugal force. When the motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed, the airflow is drawn into the central area of the impeller and accelerated and thrown towards the edge of the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. As the airflow velocity increases, its kinetic energy also increases accordingly, thereby increasing the pressure of the gas. The high-speed flowing gas gradually decelerates inside the volute shaped casing, and its kinetic energy is further converted into pressure energy, ultimately being discharged from the outlet at a higher pressure.
