Total bilirubin（total bilirubin，TBil）It is the sum of direct bilirubin and indirect bilirubin. Indirect bilirubin refers to bilirubin that does not bind to glucuronic acid. Indirect bilirubin is insoluble in water and cannot be excreted in urine through the kidneys. Indirect bilirubin is converted in liver cells and binds with glucuronic acid to form direct bilirubin (conjugated bilirubin). Direct bilirubin is soluble in water and can be excreted through the kidneys and urine.

Usage:

Balance with room temperature and shake well before use. It can be divided and diluted according to specific requirements.
