Trapezoidal bag cage

The trapezoidal bag cage is characterized by firm welding, smooth and straight appearance, and no friction on the filter bag, which improves the service life of the filter bag. In order to improve the strength and appearance quality of the steel wire, we use 6.5 yuan steel for drawing (to form a diameter of), and then grind it to meet the technical requirements when assembling it as a whole on the welded tire. By using techniques such as silicon spraying, galvanizing, and spray painting, the coating is firm and avoids rusting of the cage bone surface and adhesion to the filter bag after the dust collector has been working for a period of time. This ensures smooth bag replacement and reduces damage to the bag during the replacement process.
