Tray type collection and redistributorIt is an internal reflux liquid distributor with excellent comprehensive performance. The product consists of a rectangular chimney, an angle steel or channel steel shaped liquid guide pipe, a dovetail or channel steel shaped red liquid air cap, a plate, a support ring, and a support beam. The first level tank divides the liquid into several streams through openings at the bottom of the tank, and adds them to the liquid distribution tank below. The bottom (or wall) of the distribution groove is equipped with channels or conduits to evenly distribute the liquid on the packing layer. The trough type liquid distributor has great operational flexibility and excellent anti fouling and blocking properties, especially suitable for separating atmospheric liquid loads and liquids containing suspended solids and high viscosity. Due to its excellent distribution performance and anti fouling and blocking properties, the trough type distributor inside the tower has a wide range of applications.

Tray type collection and redistributorStructurally, it can be divided into two categories: welded groove discs and detachable groove discs. For detachable trough plate gas-liquid distributors, segmented flanges are used to increase sealing. To ensure that the levelness of each spray hole of the trough gas-liquid distributor is ≤ 3mm, in addition to ensuring the deflection of the main beam and the levelness of the support ring, an adjustment plate needs to be installed on the upper end face of the main beam. For trough type gas-liquid distributors (or oil collection tanks) with large extraction volumes, it is necessary to carefully design a liquid flow network consisting of extraction buckets, extraction main channels, extraction branch channels, and capillary channels to ensure the extraction volume. The support beams of large and medium-sized tower trough disc gas-liquid distributors often use composite grid beams composed of I-beams, main channels, and grid beams, or can be designed as riser type self beams. The ultra large tray type gas-liquid distributor can adopt a one tray two truss beam with upper packing and lower bracket plate.

Product application:

When the plate tower is changed to a packed tower and the height of the liquid distributor is insufficient, a tray can be selected as an option; A fixed bed gas-liquid co current reaction tower, with a gas-liquid distributor that can replace a sieve plate with a slot plate section without a liquid guide pipe; When the top of the high tower swings greatly, it is equipped with a liquid separation plate trough plate; The slotted oil collection tank can also serve as a secondary gas distributor for large packed towers; In a packed tower, when the temperature and concentration of the feed liquid and the internal reflux liquid need to be fully mixed in two streams, the liquid distributor in the circulating heat section generally does not choose a trough plate, but rather a nozzle, a trough gas-liquid distributor, or a two-stage trough liquid distributor.

The product has a wide range of applications: it can be used in packed towers for distillation, absorption, analysis, washing and other processes under normal pressure, reduced pressure and pressure conditions in industrial sectors such as chemical, petrochemical, refining, light industry, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, and atomic energy.
