UF single machine bag filter, also known as "Uni Lite" or "small single machine" in China, is one of the technology products introduced by Fule Company in the United States. Due to its compact and simple structure, it has been quickly adopted by many industrial sectors since its launch on the market.
The structure of UF single machine bag filter mainly consists of components such as fan, shaking machine, bag chamber, and filter bag. There are three assembly forms: bottom with ash hopper type, bottom open type, and bottom with ash box type. There are six single machine specifications and various single machine compositions from No. 2 to No. 7, regardless of assembly form and size.
The cleaning method of UF single machine bag filter is shaking cleaning, and its working principle is different from vibration cleaning and shaking cleaning in mechanical cleaning. Instead, it provides a reciprocating force on the axis of the filter bag through the reciprocating shaking of the shaking shaft. The filter bag then converts this reciprocating force into radial shaking motion, and the amplitude and frequency of the shaking depend on parameters such as the length of the bag, the radius and frequency of the shaking shaft. When these parameters are well coordinated, their vibration force has a large value, which is sufficient to remove dust on the filter material. Obviously, in the filtering state, due to the pressure of the airflow, the filter bag forms a cylindrical shape, and the reciprocating motion of the shaking shaft cannot be converted into radial vibration of the filter bag. This is one of the reasons why it must be stopped for dust cleaning.
