Introduction to UPVC plastic back pressure valve:

The back pressure valve is installed on the positive pressure discharge pipeline of the metering pump to prevent siphon phenomenon and eliminate the change in dosage caused by pressure fluctuations at the injection point. The protective cap on the adjustment screw is removed on site, and the adjustment screw is rotated. With the help of the pressure gauge in the pipeline, the required pressure can be adjusted, and the screw can be adjusted to 0-0.6MpaSet back pressure within the range. When used in conjunction with pulse dampers, it reduces the damage of water hammer to the system, maintains a certain constant pressure from the pump outlet to the back pressure valve, and keeps the system flow rate constant.
