UV curing repairRepair technology refers to the process of first pulling and compressing a resin soaked hose to tightly adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired, without changing the position of the pipeline to be repaired. Then, taking advantage of the curing property of the resin in the hose when exposed to ultraviolet radiation, a UV lamp is placed inside the inflated hose and controlled to move at a certain speed, gradually curing the hose from one end to the other and tightly adhering to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired, forming a hard "pipe in pipe" structure. This allows underground pipelines that have been damaged or lost their conveying function to be repaired in situ. This construction method adopts a UV cured resin system, and the hose material is glass fiber. The cured inner lining layer has high strength, corrosion resistance, and improves water flow conditions.

UV curing repairFeatures:
(1) No excavation is required, and the entire drainage pipeline can be repaired using inspection wells, which can repair structural defects such as rupture, misalignment, disconnection, tree root invasion, and leakage in the drainage pipeline.
(2) The inner lining layer is smooth and continuous, with a thickness of 3-15mm, which reduces the surface roughness of the pipeline and improves its conveying capacity.
(3) The inner lining material has good toughness and high strength, and has good compatibility with composite resin impregnation. After curing, the bending modulus of the inner lining layer can reach 12000MPa. The inner lining layer is tightly adhered to the original pipeline to isolate the corrosive environment and play a role in leak prevention.
(4) Suitable for repairing various types of pipelines with diameters ranging from 200 to 1600mm.
(5) Short construction period (3-5 hours for single-stage solidification), minimal environmental impact, no impact on traffic, and good construction safety.
