The system also implements 7-inch touch interface control, data storage, and high-definition visualization for real-time display of reaction status.

● Furnace door and furnace chamber safety
The six story steel structure safety furnace door adopts a buffer floating design to ensure safety during the experimental process;
Using mechanical and electronic locks to coordinate and cooperate, ensuring that the furnace door cannot be opened during operation. When the furnace door opens abnormally, the instrument automatically cuts off the microwave and stops working;
The furnace chamber is made of 316L industrial grade stainless steel integrated molding, and the furnace chamber is sprayed with up to 6 layers of PFA anti-corrosion coating.
● Operating system
Microcomputer control technology, capable of viewing historical data, exporting and importing data;
Capacitive LCD touch display screen, real-time display includes: temperature, heating time, constant temperature time, microwave power, reaction process;
The instrument has a built-in method library that allows for direct selection of calling schemes and can store 200 methods.
● Reaction components
The reactor can be equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene or high-temperature and corrosion-resistant glass materials, with a capacity of 500ml;
The reactor can be connected to glass conduits and adopts an open reaction system. Droplet funnels and condenser tubes can be installed for reflux reaction.
