Use of vacuum filter press (coal slurry)

Installation instructions for vacuum filter press: Determine the centerline, check the basic dimensions, ensure the frame is level, and control the overall horizontal error of the machine to be less than 0.05mm. Check whether each component of the equipment is intact, whether there is deformation, and whether each roller rotates flexibly. Connect electrical and other pipelines, check the motor direction, start the motor and run it at low speed, check if the tape and filter cloth are off center and make adjustments. Install the flushing net device, connect various process pipelines, and check if it is operating normally. Perform idle operation at different operating speeds and adjust the condition of each component. Once all components are functioning properly, prepare for loading.
