1 Application field

VDFThe series of vertical machining centers are Dalian Machine Tool（DMTG）The horizontal machining center developed and produced has domestic leading level and international advanced level. This machine tool is widely used for the processing of box parts, shell parts, disc parts, and irregular parts in industries such as automobiles, molds, and machinery manufacturing. After one clamping, the parts can automatically complete multi process processing of milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, and tapping on four surfaces.

2、 Main performance and characteristics of machine tools

VDFThe series vertical machining center is a new generation of CNC machine tools produced by Dalian Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. with advanced technology introduced. This series of machine tools is not only suitable for processing plates, disks, shells, and precision parts, but also for mold processing.

1The machine base, columns, spindle box, cross slide table, worktable and other basic components are all made of high-strength cast iron, with stable structure and permanent quality assurance.

2High speed and high-precision spindle:

(1)The spindle motor is driven by a high torque toothed belt, which does not slip and can significantly reduce transmission noise and heat.

(2)The spindle adopts precision grade angular contact bearings.

(3)High performance grease lubricated spindle bearings, economical spindle head cooling system, effectively controlling spindle temperature rise.

(4)Spindle utilizationIRDDynamic balance correction equipment directly corrects the dynamic balance of the spindle, avoiding resonance during high-speed operation and ensuring optimal machining accuracy.

3The high-precision ball screw pair, after pre stretching, greatly increases the transmission stiffness and eliminates the thermal deformation caused by rapid movement, ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of the machine tool.

4Automatic tool changing system, operated by pneumatic and electric control, pollution-free, easy to maintain, fast and reliable tool exchange.

5The machine tool is equipped with an overall protective cover, which is beautiful, safe, leak proof, and protects the environment. The spiral automatic chip removal device is simple, environmentally friendly, and suitable for conveying general metal and non-metal chips.

6Efficient automatic lubrication system with good lubricity and no waste of lubricating oil.

7Exquisite oil-water separation equipment reduces the mixing of cutting fluid and oil, avoids the deterioration of cutting fluid, and extends its service life.

8The wiring inside the electrical box complies with safety regulations, ensuring that the control system operates without external interference. The electrical box is equipped with a heat exchanger, which effectively controls the temperature inside the electrical box and ensures the long-term stable operation of the control system.

9High precision pitch compensation is adopted for each transmission shaft, and high-precision laser measuring instruments are used for compensation to make the positioning accuracy of each axis more accurate, which is more suitable for processing high-precision parts.
