The industrial production waste gas of rubber products mainly comes from the following processes or production equipment: organic waste gas generated during the rubber mixing process, organic waste gas generated during the fiber fabric impregnation and drying process, organic waste gas generated during the rolling process, organic waste gas generated during the vulcanization process, and organic waste gas generated during the batching and storage of resin, solvents, and other volatile organic compounds. The residual monomers in the production waste gas of rubber products industry may include butadiene, pentadiene, chloroprene, acrylonitrile, styrene, toluene diisocyanate, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, vinyl chloride, coal tar pitch, etc.

Adsorption zone: The zeolite wheel rotates continuously at a speed of 1-6 revolutions per hour, while transferring the adsorbed volatile organic compounds to the desorption zone of the wheel.
Desorption zone: Use a small stream of heated gas (180-220 ℃) in the desorption zone to desorb volatile organic compounds.
Cooling regeneration: After desorption, the zeolite wheel rotates to the cooling zone, and after cooling, it rotates to the desorption zone to continuously adsorb volatile organic gases.
Applicable working conditions
High air volume, concentration below 1000mg/m3, and VOCs gases below 40 ℃ (benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene, hexane, cyclohexane, acetone, ethyl acetate, etc.) provide a VOCs removal rate of over 95%.
