WZ41H Bellows Gate Valve Product Overview:

The bellows gate valve adopts a bellows sealed design. Completely eliminating the disadvantages of aging and easy leakage of ordinary valve stem packing seals, not only improving energy efficiency and increasing production equipment safety, but also reducing maintenance costs and frequent maintenance. It also provides a clean and safe working environment. Applicable to nominal pressurePN1.6～4.0MPa,operation temperature-29～350℃Cut off or connect pipeline media on pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries.

working principle:

WZ41HThe bellows gate valve adopts a bellows structure inside, and the lower end of the stainless steel bellows is welded to the valve stem to prevent the process fluid from corroding the valve stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal. Adopting a dual sealing design, if the bellows fails, the valve stem packing will also prevent leakage. The bellows is welded to the valve stem to maintain stable operating performance and avoid valve stem vibration caused by valve plug vibration. The most suitable for pipelines containing steam, flammable, explosive, thermal oil, high-purity, toxic and other media.

Ordering Notice:

4. Futures and ordering customers are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. And 30% of the total contract amount shall be prepaid, and the supplier shall prepare materials for production.
