The wall mounted explosion-proof fan distribution box is equipped with high breaking miniature circuit breakers or molded case circuit breakers, AC vacuum contactors, motor protectors, voltmeters and other components, which have overload, short circuit, undervoltage, phase loss, leakage and other protection functions.
Wall mounted explosion-proof fan distribution boxProduct Features:
1. This product has a flameproof structure, aluminum alloy shell, and surface electrostatic spray coating;
2. Equipped with high breaking miniature circuit breakers or molded case circuit breakers, AC vacuum contactors, motor protectors, voltmeters and other components, it has overload, short circuit, undervoltage, phase loss, leakage and other protection functions.
3. Both incoming and outgoing lines are equipped with spark free explosion-proof plug-in devices, and have clear equipment tag number indicator boards. The indicator boards are made of 304 stainless steel plates bent and polished, with a beautiful, elegant and practical appearance.
4. The explosion-proof surface adopts special processing methods, embedded with oil resistant aging silicone "0" - shaped sealing rings, to achieve a protection level of IP65 for the box body, in order to solve the problem of rainwater entering the traditional explosion-proof box for outdoor use, and to eliminate the complex and ineffective measures of traditional rainproof covers.
5. All fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel fasteners.
6. Specific functions and appearance can be customized according to user requirements.
Wall mounted explosion-proof fan distribution boxOperation steps:
1. Open the manual exhaust valve and prepare for ventilation.
2. Close the manual intake valve, adjust the pressure reduction threshold, and prepare for intake.
3. It is necessary to pay attention to adjusting the pressure reduction threshold (which is already set at the factory, and if not reset, there will be no need to close the air valve) to avoid high-pressure cabinet flushing.
4. The red "power" indicator light for the power supply of this cabinet is on.
5. Open the manual intake valve (make sure the manual exhaust valve is open), start manual ventilation, and complete ventilation after about 30 minutes. This step is a ventilation operation, and the equipment must undergo "manual ventilation" to operate normally. Before each operation, ventilation must be carried out in order to discharge the flammable and explosive mixed gases that may exist in the positive pressure chamber and replace them with purified protective gas, avoiding the ignition of flammable and explosive gases by arc sparks during operation and causing explosions.
6. Observe for any abnormal changes, adjust the manual valve appropriately, and control the flow rate of the intake source.
7. After waiting for 30 minutes, press the automatic control system start button. The (stop) indicator light is off, and the (run) indicator light is on. Adjust the intake manual valve and exhaust manual valve slightly, and observe the pressure gauge display to maintain a relative equilibrium position of around 200Pa.
8. After the pressure is maintained at a relative equilibrium position of around 200Pa, the ventilation ends. The contactor of the power distribution system is energized, the positive pressure chamber power distribution system is energized, and the system is in standby mode.
9. When it is necessary to exit the system operation, all running loads must be turned off first, that is, all display instruments and touch screens must be turned off normally.
10. Press the stop button, the green "work" indicator light will turn off, and the "stop" indicator light will turn on. The self-control system is in a power-off state.
11. Disconnect the power supply of the self-control system, and the red "power" indicator light will turn off.
12. After five minutes, turn off the manual intake valve. Let the gas carry away some of the residual heat generated by internal components.
13. In two minutes, turn off the exhaust valve.
