Wastewater UV Disinfection Module Water Treatment Grade A StandardThe sewage treatment adopts imported low-pressure high-strength lamps. Single unit with a power of 320 watts and a first-class A standard for water output. The total number of Escherichia coli and bacterial colonies meets the standard for discharge.
Detailed configuration and material requirements for UV disinfection system:
1) UV lamp rack component
Each UV lamp rack component includes a UV lamp tube, a sleeve, and a mechanical automatic cleaning device;
Each ultraviolet lamp tube is embedded in a separate quartz sleeve, with one end of the sleeve being a closed end and the other end sealed by a lamp tube sealing structure (rubber mechanical sealing structure);
The sealing end of the quartz sleeve is fixed inside the frame with an O-ring, and the rear is pressed and sealed. The quartz sleeve does not come into contact with any steel body on the frame, and it will not come out during automatic cleaning;
The steel structural parts on both sides of the frame of the quartz sleeve without protruding ultraviolet lamp tube rack;
The design of the UV lamp rack should take into account the convenience of factory operators in replacing lamps and quartz sleeves, as well as the ease of operation, installation, and maintenance;
Each UV lamp rack component meets the IP68 sealing level;
All welded metal components in contact with sewage are made of 316L stainless steel;
The mechanical automatic cleaning structure is fixed within the frame of the ultraviolet lamp rack.
2) UV lamp tube (imported)
The lamp tube is a low-pressure high-strength mercury lamp with a rated power of 320W;
The ultraviolet output of a single low-voltage high-strength lamp tube at 253.7nm shall not be less than 100W;
The lamp filament is made of special alloy tungsten wire, with high melting point and boiling point, which is not easy to evaporate. The ultraviolet lamp ensures a lifespan of at least 12000 hours when operated in automatic control mode;
The circuit connection part is located at one end of the lamp tube;
UV lamps are non ozone producing lamps;
3) Sealing of lamp tube end and lamp holder
The underwater quartz sleeve of the UV disinfection system rack is sealed by 316L stainless steel nuts and compression O-rings with the steel sleeve interface on the rack, preventing direct contact between the sleeve and the steel body;
The quartz sleeve nut on the rack has a rolled surface for gripping during fastening, and no tools are required for installing or removing this sleeve nut;
The lamp tube is fixed by a PVC molded lamp holder and has double-layer sealing;
There is a secondary sealing silicone rubber mechanism between the lamp tube, sleeve, and rack to prevent the lamp tube from breaking and leaking into the rack, affecting the operation of other lamp tubes;
The second level seal inside the lamp holder isolates the lamp from the UV rack and other lamp tubes;
When the quartz sleeve ruptures, the double-layer seal on the lamp holder can prevent moisture from entering the frame of the lamp rack and invading the wiring connections with other lamps;
The lamp holder is equipped with a UV resistant PVC mold pad to prevent contact between the quartz sleeve and the steel pipe.
4) Quartz casing (imported)
The wall thickness of the quartz casing is 1.5mm;
The ultraviolet transmittance of quartz tubing shall not be less than 90%;
One end of the quartz sleeve should be a dome shaped sealed end.
5) UV lamp rack frame
The frame of the UV lamp rack is made of 316L stainless steel and can be suspended above the sewage in the water channel without being fixed. All UV modules can be fixed without being tied tightly;
The frame of the UV lamp rack must be tightly arranged in a matrix structure to provide a lamp arrangement;
The frame design of the UV lamp rack has a shading device to prevent UV rays from leaking outside the water channel.
6) Water level control system
The water level control system adopts a non powered self flowing overflow weir, which does not require any external power (such as electricity);
The structure of the overflow weir (see attached system layout plan for details) ensures that a * * * water level will be maintained at zero flow, and the * * * water level will still be higher than the position of the lamp tube; At peak flow, a small increment of water level change will be maintained, with the increase in water level not exceeding 5 cm;
The upper part of the weir overflow method is adopted, so the system head loss is relatively small;
Overflow weir material: 304 stainless steel.
7) UV lamp source circuit part
The UV lamp rack is divided into a power distribution system for each rack. Including a power distribution system, an electronic monitoring system, and waterproof joints;
Transmit signals from the electronic monitoring system to the distribution system, and control the distribution system to input power to each rack in the module;
8) Electronic ballast cabinet
The ballast is designed as a high-power factor electronic ballast controlled by a microcomputer processor, with a power factor of 0.98;
