Water treatment disinfection chlorine dioxide generatorA simple to operate, high conversion rate, high purity, multi-purpose, environmentally friendly multi-stage generator for chlorine dioxide in chemical processes. This chlorine dioxide generator is composed of a kettle reactor through acid resistant conduits and a water jet vacuum unit. The kettle reactor adopts a two-stage or multi-stage reactor. The main reactor is equipped with an air distributor, and the secondary reactor is equipped with a balance pipe. The residual liquid after the reaction can be discharged in compliance with the standard. The generated chlorine dioxide can be used to produce aqueous solutions, as well as stable chlorine dioxide solutions.
(1) System composition
The chemical chlorine dioxide generator consists of a feeding system, a reaction system, a safety system, an automatic control system, and an absorption and dosing system.
(2) Classification
One type is high-purity chlorine dioxide disinfectant generator, and the other type is chlorine dioxide composite disinfectant generator. As the name suggests, the product generated by a pure chlorine dioxide disinfectant generator is chlorine dioxide, while a chlorine dioxide composite disinfectant generator generates a mixed solution of chlorine dioxide and chlorine gas.

For example, special titanium alloy reactors/composite material reactors, metering pumps, and particularly corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene drug tubes are used, making the chlorine dioxide generator of excellent quality, reliable use, and longer service life.
It can be equipped with a drug flow distributor to complete the simultaneous quantitative dosing of multiple drug points by a generator, with the characteristics of intuitive display and convenient adjustment of the dosage at each point. For water plants that require simultaneous oxidation of source water, disinfection after filtration, and chlorination of factory water, this process configuration has better applicability.
