Generally speaking, a feeder is a machine that uses the force of equipment movement to apply force to materials in order to transport them. Modern feeders have undergone some changes, with advanced technologies such as high-pressure air and ultrasound being used for feeding technology, but these devices still belong to the feeder category.
Check the backup machine of the rotary feeder system and prepare for the operation before opening. Check whether the valve switches of the backup machine of the rotary feeder are in place, ensuring that the outlet valve of the rotary feeder is fully closed and the inlet valve is fully open. After checking that everything is normal, follow the operating procedures to turn on the backup fan of the rotary feeder and stop the in use fan together. After the standby fan operates normally, slowly close the outlet of the fan and open the standby fan circuit. Gradually close the auxiliary line valve of the standby fan together, so that the outlet pressure is slightly higher than the operating pressure at the outlet of the standby fan. While performing the above operations, gradually open the auxiliary line valve of the fan and gradually close the outlet valve of the fan, so that the outlet pressure is slightly higher than the original outlet operating pressure. During the feeding process of the rotary feeder force transport system, materials enter the sending tank through a dedicated feeding valve. The gas in the sending tank is released through the balance valve for easy feeding, which together inhibits the reverse pressure of material activity. Once the sending tank is filled, a signal is announced by the level gauge, electric contact pressure gauge, or weighing sensor, and the dedicated feeding valve and exhaust valve are closed and sealed. Then, compressed gas is introduced into the sending tank. When a certain value is reached, the discharge valve automatically opens, and the compressed gas in the sending tank mixes with the material to apply pressure to the transport pipeline together. The materials are initially transported in separate blocks.
