Product Details

1、 Working principle
Wet dust removal in power plants is a common air pollution control technology used in power plants and industrial fields. It can effectively remove particulate matter and gaseous pollutants generated during the combustion of fuels such as coal and oil.
The wet dust removal system mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Absorption tower: One of the core components of the system, which absorbs pollutants from exhaust gas into the liquid by spraying liquid (usually water). There is usually a packing layer or nozzle inside the absorption tower to increase the contact area and improve the absorption effect.
2. Circulating pump and circulating liquid tank: used to circulate the liquid in the absorption tower back to the spray system for continuous dust removal operation.
3. Pre treatment equipment: including devices that pre treat fuel to reduce its ash content, such as coal powder dryers and desulfurization equipment. These devices can reduce the particle load during the subsequent dust removal process.
4. Liquid processing equipment: used to process pollutants absorbed in absorption liquids to prevent them from causing secondary pollution to the environment. These devices include sedimentation tanks, filters, and chemical treatment units.
5. Emission system: Discharging clean gas after dust removal into the atmosphere, usually through chimneys or exhaust pipes.
Wet dust removal in power plants has the ability to efficiently remove particulate matter and gaseous pollutants, and can adapt to various working conditions and pollutant types. However, wet dust removal systems require a large amount of water resources and additional treatment measures are needed to handle liquid waste to ensure environmental safety. In practical applications, selecting suitable wet dust removal products requires consideration of specific process requirements and environmental factors.
2、 Performance characteristics
The structure is simple, the layout is reasonable, the operation is convenient, and the footprint is small. The internal anti-corrosion adopts acid resistant and wear-resistant adhesive lining technology, which has strong chemical stability, good thermal stability, and long service life. There is a three-stage dehydration device inside the dust collector, which separates gas and water cleanly, and the fan does not carry water. Synchronous dust removal and desulfurization, no scaling or blockage issues, recycling of washing water, and low operating costs.
The dust containing wastewater and sludge after washing need to be treated; When treating and purifying corrosive gaseous pollutants, the washing water will have a certain degree of corrosiveness, and the equipment is susceptible to corrosion. Therefore, anti-corrosion measures should be taken, which is more expensive than the operation cost of general dry dust collectors.
3、 Technical indicators
Dust removal efficiency:>98%, desulfurization efficiency:>75%, Ringman blackness:<level 1, resistance: 800-1200pa
