Customization precautions

1. The load range of the belt conveyor line, if the items exceed the load range, it will cause the entire line to malfunction;

2. Anti static coefficient: Conveyor lines are generally anti-static, and the anti-static coefficient will decrease with prolonged use. Enterprises need to clarify how long it takes to ensure that the anti-static coefficient is within a certain range before customization;

3. The number of rollers in the middle section of the conveyor line is determined based on factors such as the length and load capacity of the line. If the number of rollers is not enough, it will also affect the normal operation of the line.

Storage method for conveyor belt

In the transportation, storage, and use of circular conveyor belts, improper use can shorten the service life of the conveyor belt, and even worse, it can cause damage to the conveyor belt and prevent it from being used normally. Therefore, we need to understand the correct use of conveyor belts and some common specifications:

1. The conveyor belt should be kept clean during transportation and storage, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and preventing contact with substances that affect the quality of rubber such as acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents. It should also be kept at a distance of 1 meter from the heating device.

2. During storage, the temperature inside the warehouse should be maintained between -15 and+40 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50-80%

3. The running speed of the conveyor belt should generally not exceed 20.5 meters per second. When transporting materials with large block size and high wear, and when using a fixed plow type unloading device, low speed should be used as much as possible. Exceeding the specified speed will affect the service life of the tape.

4. During storage, the conveyor belt must be placed in rolls and not folded. During the storage period, it should be flipped once every quarter.

5. To reduce the impact and wear of materials on the tape, the feeding direction should be in line with the running direction of the tape; The drop of materials falling onto the tape should be minimized as much as possible; The feeding port should avoid the spacing between rollers or idlers and take buffering measures. To prevent scratching of the tape, the contact parts between the blocking device, scraper cleaning device, and unloading device and the tape should be made of rubber sheets with appropriate stiffness, and tape heads with cloth layers should not be used.

6. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the transport machine and the conveying fabric layer, the matching of the transmission drum micro changing drum, and the requirements for the groove angle of the idler should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the transport machine.
