1、 Working principle of Roots blower system

The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system uses the positive pressure air flow generated by the Hongrun Roots blower as the conveying power to continuously supply the material from the feeding hopper to the subsequent storage bin. The storage bin is equipped with a top dust removal device to separate the material and gas transported to the storage bin. The entire system consists of Roots blower, manual plug valve, rotary feeding device, Venturi spray device, conveying pipeline, pipeline branch valve, as well as storage bin, bin top dust removal device, electrical control system and related auxiliary settings. When the system is working, the Roots blower is started to generate a high-pressure columnar air flow.
