When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the inlet solution, water molecules continuously pass through the membrane, flow into the central pipe through the water production channel, and then impurities such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc. in the effluent flow out at one end, which are trapped on the inlet side of the membrane and then flow out at the outlet end of the concentrated water, thus achieving the purpose of separation and purification.

Its principle is to use high pressure to reverse osmosis water, forcing water molecules from high concentration solutions to flow towards low concentration solutions under pressure, thereby removing harmful components from water.

This semi permeable membrane is usually made of polymer materials such as polyamide, with a pore size of only 0.0001 microns. It can filter out harmful substances such as large organic molecules, heavy metal ions, and bacteria in water, while retaining water molecules and some small organic molecules.

Process flow:

Raw water → Raw water tank → Raw water pump → Multi medium filter (quartz sand filter) → Activated carbon filter → Soft water processor (with scale inhibitor device added) → Precision filter → High pressure pump → Primary reverse osmosis (RO) device → Ultraviolet sterilization device (ozone sterilization device) → Water point

Equipment features:

1. The raw water solenoid valve automatically controls the water inlet.

2. Pre treatment can be automatically flushed, and the RO membrane has both automatic and manual flushing functions.

3. The high-pressure pump is equipped with high and low pressure protection, and the water tank level control is linked with the water pump.

4. Real time online monitoring of water quality, with sound and light alarms, no need for duty.
