XBD-ISG Vertical Single stage Fire Pump Product Introduction

The XBD-ISG vertical single-stage fire pump is a new type of fire protection product developed in strict accordance with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps" based on the actual needs and special usage requirements of the market for fire pumps. After testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, all performance indicators have met or exceeded the requirements of the standards.

The XBD-ISG vertical fire pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump. The pump and the motor are coaxial, and the pump structure includes components such as the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal, etc.

The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making loading and unloading extremely convenient and occupying a small area.

The pump is equipped with an installation base for easy installation, which increases the stability of the pump operation.

The pump seal adopts mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage.

The axial force of the pump is balanced by setting a balance ring on the impeller, and the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa, making the pipeline matching convenient.
