XBD-ISW Horizontal Single Stage Fire Pump Product Introduction

The XBD-ISW horizontal single-stage fire pump is a new type of fire protection product developed by our factory in strict accordance with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps" based on the actual needs and special usage requirements of the market for fire pumps. After testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, all performance indicators have met or exceeded the requirements of the standards.

The XBD series is divided into XBD long axis fire pumps, vertical multi-stage fire pumps, horizontal multi-stage fire pumps, single-stage horizontal fire pumps and other structural forms to meet the different needs of users.

5. Easy to maintain, no need to disassemble the pipeline, just remove the pump cover nut, take out the motor and transmission components for maintenance.

1. XBD-ISW horizontal single-stage fire pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom warm water cycle pressurization, as well as supporting various water supply equipment and boilers. Used for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties similar to clean water, with a usage temperature not exceeding 85 ℃.

2. XBD-ISW horizontal single-stage fire pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as hotels, bathrooms, guesthouses, boiler hot water boosting circulation, and urban housing heating circulation. The operating temperature is not higher than 120 ℃.

3. The XBD-ISW horizontal single-stage fire pump is suitable for situations where low environmental noise is required, and the operating temperature should not exceed 100 ℃.

Service conditions for XBD-ISW horizontal single-stage fire pump

1. The maximum working pressure of the system is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa (if the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately specified when ordering, so that cast steel can be used in the manufacturing of the pump's overcurrent components and connecting components)

2. The conveying medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water.

3. Environmental temperature ≤ 40 ℃, altitude ≤ 1000m, relative humidity ≤ 95%.
