XBD-LG Multi stage Fire Pump Product Introduction

The XBD-LG multi-stage fire pump is a new type of fire protection product developed by our factory in strict accordance with the latest national standard GB6245-1998 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps" based on the actual needs and special usage requirements of the market for fire pumps. After testing by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, all performance indicators have met or exceeded the requirements of the standards.

The XBD-LG multi-stage fire pump is divided into XBD long axis fire pump, vertical multi-stage fire pump, horizontal multi-stage fire pump, single-stage horizontal fire pump and other structural forms to meet the different needs of users.

1. The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and beautiful appearance. Its structure determines that the installation area is small. If a protective cover is added, it can be placed outdoors for use.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the motor shaft to ensure the concentricity of the pump, thereby enhancing the operational stability of the pump and extending its service life.

3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, and uses high-quality alloy sealing rings to enhance the wear resistance of the seal and effectively extend its service life.

4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system. The inlet and outlet of the pump have the same diameter, simplifying the connection of the pipeline.

5. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the needs of flow rate and head.

6. The suction and discharge ports can be installed in different directions such as 0 °, 90 °, 180 °, and 270 ° as needed to meet different connection scenarios.

7. The pump head can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the water pump stage and combined with the outer diameter of the cutting impeller to meet the requirements, without changing the installation footprint.
