Purpose and Introduction

The groove belt conveyor designed and produced by our factory is mainly used to transport solid waste cleared by the grid cleaning machine in the pre-treatment of water supply and drainage, in order to facilitate the centralized treatment of waste in the next step.

Structure and Characteristics
The design of the slotted belt conveyor is based on the DT type fixed belt conveyor, and the manufacturing is carried out in accordance with the GB10595-89 "Technical Conditions for Belt Conveyors" standard.

The trough belt conveyor is mainly composed of a driving device, a conveyor belt, a drum, a idler, a belt tensioning device, a cleaner, a protective plate, and a frame. The operation of the belt conveyor can be manually controlled or linked with the residual equipment, and a centralized control interface can be reserved. The equipment structure is reasonable, the operation is flat, the operation and maintenance are simple, and the material conveying range is wide.
