XJT type stepped grille

Purpose and Introduction

The XJT lower type stepped grille is a new type of grille researched, developed, and manufactured by our factory based on the digestion of foreign technology and the specific situation of domestic sewage treatment projects. It is widely used for the removal of floating and suspended solids in urban sewage and industrial wastewater, as well as for the elimination of pollutants in pumping stations, making it an ideal equipment for water source treatment.
The stepped grille is mainly composed of four parts: dynamic grille, static grille, power and transmission device, and electrical control system. The dynamic and static grids are arranged alternately in a zigzag shape, and the dynamic grid is driven by a transmission mechanism to perform eccentric rotary motion, transferring dirt from one step of the static grid to the next step until it falls into the dirt receiving groove at the top of the grid.

Main Features

1. The grille has no rotating parts underwater, so there will be no dirt jamming during operation, and it runs reliably.
2. The grille can be replaced without interruption, making it easy to use and maintain.
3. The installation platform of the grille can adopt a fully enclosed structure, which is aesthetically pleasing and does not affect the surrounding environmental hygiene.
4. The operation of the grille can be controlled manually or through PLC programmable automatic control, with a high degree of automation and safe and reliable operation.
5. The part of the grille that comes into contact with water can be made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
