XLS type screw conveyor

Purpose and Introduction

The XLS type screw conveyor is used to transport various wastes and filter residues generated in industrial production processes, output grid residues in urban water supply and drainage, and transport materials such as sludge cakes in sludge dewatering.

Structure and working principle

Spiral conveyors are generally divided into two types: axial and non axial. Axial spiral conveyors consist of screws, U-shaped groove cover plates, inlet and outlet ports, and driving devices, while non axial spiral conveyors replace screws with non axial screws and install replaceable liners in the U-shaped groove. The structure is simple, and the material is input from the inlet and output through the outlet after being pushed by the screw. The entire transmission process can be carried out in a sealed groove, reducing noise and odor discharge.
Due to the absence of high-speed running parts in the equipment, the screw wear is low and the equipment has low energy consumption, requiring almost no maintenance.
