XM-19 forged flange forged inferior steel pipe has no metallic luster and appears light red or a color similar to pig iron, due to two reasons: firstly, its raw material is adobe. The temperature for rolling fake and inferior materials is not determined by visual inspection, which makes it impossible to roll according to the specified austenite zone, and the performance of the steel cannot meet the standards. Multiple experiments have shown that XM-19 has no crevice corrosion or pitting corrosion during a period of 1-2 years in limestone desulfurization island slurry operating at chlorine concentrations of 10000-70000 ppm and pH values of 5-6, 50~68 ℃.
