1、 Product Overview
The XMC pulse bag filter is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust collector improved on the basis of the national standard MC-II type and the Japanese TBF bag filter. It combines the advantages of various pulse jet dust collectors with chamber back blowing, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient cleaning intensity and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, and expands the application range of pulse bag filters.
Due to the unique structure of this type of dust collector, it improves dust collection efficiency, adaptability, and extends the service life of filter bags. After years of production practice, the equipment operates stably, requires minimal maintenance, and has a wide range of combinations, earning high praise from users.
This series of dust collectors can be combined with various sizes of electromagnetic valves according to different specifications. Each valve has 10, 12, 16, 24, and 32 spray bags. The diameter of the filter bag is 133mm, and there are two types of filter bag lengths: 2450mm and 3060mm. This series of dust collectors can operate under negative or positive pressure without any changes to the basic structure. Its dust collection efficiency is over 99.8%, and the dust concentration of the purified gas is less than 100mg/m3. If this series of dust collectors is used in cold regions or when the smoke temperature is below zero ℃, insulation heating devices need to be added, and the shell should also be changed accordingly.
This series of products can be widely used for dust and smoke collection systems in asphalt mixing plants, such as crushing, grinding, drying machines, furnaces, etc. The material of the dust collector filter bag is generally polyester needle punched felt, which allows continuous use at a temperature of ≤ 120 degrees. If the filter bag uses Metas high-temperature needle punched felt, its allowable use temperature can reach 204 degrees. If the temperature of the treated exhaust gas is higher than the allowable temperature of the filter material mentioned above, cooling measures should be taken before the exhaust gas enters the dust collector.
2、 Working principle of dust collector
When the dusty gas enters the dust collector through the inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the inlet and outlet, and the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to inertia, the coarse particles of dust in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. Plays a role in pre collecting dust, the airflow entering the ash hopper is then deflected upwards and captured on the outer surface of the filter bag with a metal frame inside. The purified gas enters the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. During the purification process of dusty gas through filter bags, as time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bags, causing the resistance of the filter bags to gradually increase and the processing air volume to gradually decrease. In order to work normally, the resistance should be controlled within a certain range (140-170 mm water column). At this time, when the resistance rises to the limited range, the pulse control instrument sends instructions to trigger each control valve to open the pulse valve in sequence. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into each corresponding filter bag through the holes of the blowing tube through the Venturi tube, and the filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off and the filter bag to be regenerated. Clean up the dust that falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. The dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the normal operation of the dust collector.
3、 Characteristics of dust collector
1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC dust collector, the XMC pulse bag filter adopts the inlet and outlet form of the Japanese TBF pulse bag filter. The inlet and outlet are arranged at both ends of the dust collector, and a distribution device is installed in the middle of the dust collector to separate the air duct, which improves the quality of the equipment and the service life of the filter bag.
2. The compressed air used for dust cleaning has been reduced from the original pressure of 57kg/cm2 to the current pressure of 34kg/cm2, but the dust cleaning effect can still reach the pressure of 57kg/cm2, thus expanding the scope of use.
3. Due to structural improvements, the tightness of the equipment has been enhanced, and the air leakage rate is less than 10%, further increasing the requirements for product quality.
4. Improved the bag replacement door cover and filter bag fixing method, making it easier for equipment maintenance and repair, further extending the service life of the filter bag.
5. The original agitator shell of the ash cleaning part has been removed and replaced with an integrated agitator ash hopper, which expands the effectiveness of ash cleaning, seals tightly, discharges ash quickly, and reduces maintenance costs.
