XQ Rotating Grille Cleaning MachineIt is a solid-liquid separation equipment that can continuously remove impurities from fluids. It is used in the production processes of urban sewage treatment, waterworks, power plant inlets, textiles, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries. It is currently a commonly used solid-liquid screening equipment in China.
Product Features:
1. High degree of automation, high separation efficiency, noise, and power consumption.
2. The rake teeth are made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
3. The rake teeth are combined to form a grid surface, and stainless steel protective plates are added to prevent blockage.
4. There are two specifications for rake tooth pitch: 100 and 150. The 150 pitch is suitable for large grid gaps.
5. Various gate gaps can be configured as needed. The gate gap can be selected from 1-50mm.
6. The machine width ranges from 300-3000mm for users to choose from.
7. The whole machine is installed as a whole, with high operational accuracy.
Note: The installation of the mechanical grid cleaning machine is carried out by lifting the entire machine. No other supports are required on both sides of the collection well, as long as two 620 × 150 × 16mm steel plates are pre embedded on the ground. When installing the mechanical grid cleaning machine, the supporting steel plates on both sides of the frame can be welded together.
XQ Rotating Grille Cleaning MachineTechnical parameters and selection:
1. Installation diagram and rake tooth specifications of rotary grille cleaning machine: The equipment is divided into GSLY300-1500 types according to the external width dimensions, and the GSLY-1600-3000 type is connected in parallel. The rake teeth gap is divided into eight specifications: 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm. The selection is based on the amount of water, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. At the same time, different rake teeth gaps are selected.
2. The standard groove depth for equipment with long and short specifications is 1535mm, which can be extended according to user needs and actual usage conditions.
