XZG type rotary drum grille

Purpose and Introduction

The XZG rotary drum grille is one of the latest developed complete sets of water supply and drainage pretreatment equipment products in our factory. Referring to imported equipment and self-designed, it is only available domestically. This device is widely used in sewage treatment projects such as urban sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing industry, and paper industry. This device removes floating debris and sediment from the water intake and squeezes and dehydrates the slag before discharging it.

This equipment is designed to be fully enclosed and is particularly suitable for projects such as fecal treatment in urban sanitation facilities. This product has passed provincial appraisal.

Main Features

1. The grille and water flow form an angle of about 35 degrees, and due to the formation of a bend, even many pollutants with a thickness smaller than the grille gap can be separated.
2. The grille is equipped with a flushing device and has a self-cleaning function.
3. The cylindrical structure increases the water flow rate of the grille compared to traditional grilles, reduces head loss, and reduces the stacking plane in front of the grille.
4. All components in contact with water are made of stainless steel and undergo acid pickling and passivation treatment. They have strong anti-corrosion performance and long service life in all civil sewage and most industrial water.
5. By integrating the salvaging, conveying, and pressing of the grille, not only does it save floor space, but it also reduces the cost of subsequent garbage disposal.
6. Almost no maintenance is required, there is no need to add oil to the rotating point, and the driving device requires less refueling.

Structure and working principle

The device is installed in a water channel at a 35 ° angle to the horizontal plane. Sewage flows into the drum from the end of the drum and flows out through the grid gap on the side of the drum. The grid keeps suspended and floating objects in the water in the drum. The drum rotates at a speed of 4.6 r/min, and there are nylon brushes and flushing water nozzles above the drum. The grid slag is removed and squeezed dry and dehydrated through a screw conveyor. It is then transported to the upper discharge hopper and transported away by a conveyor.
