The Y-shaped electric brush self-cleaning filter is a fully automatic self-cleaning filter suitable for harsh environments. It can be equipped with a filter screen of 3500-50 microns and a diameter of DN25-DN1000 for different usage requirements. The self-cleaning process of the filter is initiated by a differential pressure switch that constantly monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. Typically, the preset value of the differential pressure switch is 0.5 bar (7 psi).
Product principle of Y-shaped electric brush self-cleaning filter
When water enters the interior of the DQDSL self-cleaning filter cartridge from the left inlet, impurities are intercepted on the inner wall of the filter cartridge, and the filtered clean water flows out from the outlet. When the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge accumulate more and more, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the self-cleaning filter reaches the preset value or reaches the cleaning time or manual prefabrication, the filter will start the self-cleaning process. The entire self-cleaning process includes two steps: opening the automatic drain valve located on the self-cleaning filter; The motor drives the cleaning brush inside the self-cleaning filter screen, and the impurities intercepted by the filter screen are discharged from the drain valve. The system does not stop flowing during cleaning, and the entire operation of the self-cleaning filter is controlled by a randomly equipped intelligent control box. The control methods can be selected from differential pressure, time, manual, and PLC control.
