Y9-38C Boiler Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan Y9-38 Boiler Centrifugal Induced Draft Fan is an efficient and energy-saving product designed by the national fan industry experts jointly organized by the Wind Energy Conservation Group of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and promoted by the National Economic Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, and wide performance curve range when industrial boilers operate under variable working conditions, achieving the goal of energy conservation.
Product Details
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, and a regulating door.
The impeller material is Q345 (16Mn), with long and short alternating forward curved blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
The casing is welded into a snail shaped shell using steel plates. There is a dust cleaning door on the snail plate. Easy to remove dust accumulation inside the blades and casing, ensuring the smoothness and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.
The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
The transmission group consists of water-cooled bearings for the main shaft, and the bearing housing comes in two forms: integral and partial. No.4~6.3 adopt integral bearing box; No.7.1~No.16 adopt partial bearing housings. Both types of bearing housings require cooling water to be supplied. The water consumption varies depending on the working temperature and ambient temperature.
The regulating door is a device that adjusts the flow rate of the fan. The regulating door blades are petal shaped and installed axially in front of the air inlet. Due to the use of an external transmission structure, transportation is flexible and convenient.
