YAKS increased safety explosion-proof motor on-site operating conditions
a) The normal altitude of the electric motor shall not exceed 1000m.
b) The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.
c) The minimum ambient air temperature should not be lower than -15 ℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature for sliding bearings or air-cooled motors should not be lower than 0 ℃.
d) Cooling water temperature of air-cooled motor: The cooling water temperature at the inlet of the cooler should not be higher than+25 ℃, nor should it be lower than+5 ℃. According to China's natural environment, if necessary, the cooling water temperature should not exceed+33 ℃
e) Tolerance values for voltage and frequency:
According to the provisions of GB 755, electric motors can operate continuously in Zone A (voltage within ± 5% of rated value, frequency within ± 2% of rated value) and achieve their basic functions, but their performance may differ from that at rated voltage and frequency (as shown in the rated points in Figure 2), and the temperature rise may be higher than that at rated voltage and frequency. If the motor operates on the boundary of region A, the temperature may exceed 10 ℃ at the rated point.
Electric motors can operate in region B (voltage within ± 10% of rated value, frequency within+3% to -5% of rated value) and achieve their basic functions, but their performance will differ more from rated voltage and frequency than motors operating in region A. The temperature rise may be higher than rated voltage and frequency, and is likely to be higher than region A. It is not recommended to continue operating on the boundary of region B.
The remaining electrical operating conditions of the electric motor shall comply with GB755.
Characteristics of YAKS increased safety explosion-proof electric motor products
The electric motor adopts the internationally popular box structure, and the base is welded with steel plates, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. A closed air/water cooler (YAKS) is installed on the top of the motor, and removing the cooler allows for observation or access to the interior of the motor, making installation and maintenance convenient.
The stator adopts an external pressure structure, and the stator winding adopts F-grade insulation material. The temperature rise is assessed according to B-grade, and the ends are reliably fixed and tied, and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint process (VPI). Therefore, the insulation performance of the electric motor is excellent and reliable, with high mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
The rotor adopts a squirrel cage structure to improve accuracy and verify dynamic balance, ensuring smooth motor operation and minimal vibration.
According to different power and speed, there are two forms of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings. The rolling bearings are equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices at both ends, which can regularly replenish lubricating grease. The sliding bearings are end cover sliding bearings, which use forced oil supply lubrication, no pressure oil return, and measures to prevent shaft current generation are taken.
The protection level of the main junction box is IP54 (can also be made into IP55), usually installed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the motor spindle extension end), or can be installed on the left side of the motor according to the ordering requirements. The motor has three wiring terminals (U, V, W) and one grounding terminal, all of which are clamped and fixed on the wiring board. The wiring terminals adopt high-voltage insulated terminals, and the electrical clearance and creepage distance comply with the provisions of GB3836.3.
According to user requirements, temperature measuring devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings, and heaters can be installed inside the motor.
