YGZH submersible pump motor type
1. The electric motor is a dry submersible three-phase asynchronous motor.
2. The protection level of the motor casing is IP68 and should comply with the provisions of GB/T4942.1-2006.
3. The cooling of the electric motor is external water cooling, and the internal air circulation of the motor is IC6AIW8 (see BIT 1993-1993).
4. The structure and installation type of the electric motor are IMVI (see GB/T997-2003).
5. The rating of the electric motor is based on the continuous working system (S1) as the standard for continuous rating.
The motor model consists of Chinese Pinyin letters and Arabic numerals, as follows:

Example: The representation method for a 200 kW, 6-pole, 10 kV, 355 frame high-voltage three-phase asynchronous submersible motor is YQG200/355-6.
Basic parameters of YGZH submersible pump motor
1. The rated frequency of the motor is 50 I-Iz, and the rated voltages are 380 V, 660 V, 3 kV, 6 kV, and 10 kV.
2. The correspondence between the motor base number, speed, and power should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1 and Table 2.
YGZH submersible pump motor installation and external dimensions
The main dimensions and tolerances of the connection between the electric motor and the upper and lower end covers of the submersible pump should comply with the provisions of Figure 1 and Table 3, and the external dimensions should not exceed the provisions of Figure I and Table 3.

YGZH 潜水泵电机技术要求
1. Electric motors shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with approved drawings and technical documents through prescribed procedures.
2. Under the following usage conditions The electric motor should be able to operate continuously at rated capacity.
3. Electric motors are completely submerged in water Based on the extended end face of the motor shaft, its underwater depth should not exceed 5 nu
4. The maximum ambient water temperature varies with the seasons But the ambient water temperature should not exceed+40 degrees Celsius.
Note:; If the electric motor is used under the condition that the water temperature is higher than 40 €, it should comply with the provisions of UcGB 755-2000.
5. The electric motor is of the wet heat type Has moisture resistance Anti fog The function of preventing salt spray
6. The deviation of power supply voltage and frequency from the rated value during the operation of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB 755-2000.
Note: Efficiency is measured indirectly. When determining the total loss of the motor, the resistance loss of the winding should be converted to the value at the B-level insulation reference operating temperature, and the stray loss should be calculated at 0.5% of the rated input power.
